Ingredients
- Turkey Thigh - 800 g
- Turkey breast - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for decoration) – 2 twigs
- Water (purified) – 5.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the thigh and breast of the turkey into large pieces, rinse and put in a deep saucepan.
Add peeled onions and carrots, bay leaf, peppers and cook for 3.5 hours over low heat.
Use a slotted spoon to fish the vegetables out of the broth. Discard the onion, and cut the carrots into thin circles.
Add salt and crushed garlic to the broth and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
Remove the meat from the pan, cool slightly, separate from the bones and slice.
Arrange the meat, carrot slices and greens in the prepared plates.
Strain the broth twice through cheesecloth and carefully pour it on plates with turkey.
Send the jelly to freeze for 8 hours in the refrigerator.
