Did you get a dryish carrot? You can fix the situation by adding a little soy sauce. The snack will turn out juicy and delicious. The sauce can be any, but I prefer to add light. It does not change the color of carrots, moderately salty and not too thick.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Soy sauce (light) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a grater for Korean carrots.
Add sugar, salt and ground black pepper. Mix with your hands, kneading the carrots well.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it into the carrots.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and garlic passed through a press. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
