- Herring (fillet) – 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Champignons - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and chop coarsely.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, and fry in olive oil until the liquid evaporates.
Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder 1-2 times, according to the consistency.
Season the forshmak to taste and mix.
