On the one hand, Armenian shawarma is an incredibly simple dish, street fast food. On the other hand, there are incredibly many ways and recipes for its preparation, and today I want to share with you my favorite. A great snack for home or with yourself.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Korean carrots - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 6 tbsp.l.
- Ketchup - 6 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the chicken fillet and fry in spices until tender.
Cut the vegetables into strips and chop the greens.
Cut the pita bread into 2 pieces.
Mix mayonnaise and ketchup, and grease the pita bread.
Spread the filling evenly and wrap the shawarma.
