Delicious dish in a hurry. A great option if guests suddenly descended or just wanted a delicious snack. Jewish sandwiches with sprats are prepared quickly. Cucumber can be used fresh or pickled.
Ingredients
- Sprats - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Bread - 6 pieces
- Ground black pepper - at the tip of the knife
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly brown the bread in a dry pan on both sides.
Cool and thoroughly rub each piece with garlic.
Peel and grate boiled eggs.
Add the melted cheese, salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise, mustard and mix until smooth.
Brush each slice of bread generously with egg-cheese preparation.
Place the sliced cucumber and sprats on top.
