I am happy to experiment with this combination of sprats and vegetables in sandwiches and today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes. Such a snack with fresh tomatoes will leave few people indifferent.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Sprats - 4-8 pieces
- Quail eggs - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Greenery - 2 twigs
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the avocado pulp and mix with crushed garlic and spices.
Put the mass on the bread.
Boil the quail eggs 4-5 minutes after boiling and cut in half.
Put sprats, egg halves and cherry slices on the sandwiches.
Decorate the sandwiches with greens.
