A lot of shrimp pastes are sold in stores, but most often they have a very dubious composition, and there is one name for shrimp there. Therefore, I offer you this recipe for a light and delicate shrimp paste. It is especially good with toasted baguette.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (cleaned) – 250 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Chicken eggs - 1 piece
  • Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
  • Black Pepper - 6 peas
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the shrimp with bay leaf and pepper for 3-5 minutes.

Hard-boil the egg, peel and separate the white from the yolk. The yolk is not needed here.

Chop the shrimp, protein and softened butter in a blender.

Add salt, pepper and sprinkle the pate with lemon juice.
