Delicious, healthy and very satisfying snack. A portion of beet hummus quickly and permanently satisfies hunger, because it contains a lot of vegetable protein and fiber. A healthy dish is not difficult to prepare. I advise you to boil beets and chickpeas in advance.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot (boiled) – 250 g
  • Chickpeas (boiled) – 150 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Sesame - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Zira - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (boiled) – 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the beets.

Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan for 1.5-2 minutes.

Put beets, chickpeas, peeled garlic, sesame seeds, salt and spices in the blender bowl.

Add water, lemon juice and grind until smooth.

Put the beetroot hummus in a bowl and pour vegetable oil.
