- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Beef (finished) – 150 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the ingredients into strips, and grate the hard and melted cheese on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle the lavash leaf with cheese and spread the rest of the ingredients on top.
Roll up a tight roll and lightly fry it on both sides or vice versa – leave it in the refrigerator to soak.
