Carrots in Korean became a classic on our tables many years ago. But in fact, this is just a cooking method, not a specific dish. In the original it is called kimchi, and today I will tell you how to make eggplants according to the same scheme.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 3 pieces
- Olive oil - 2-3 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Greens - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into cubes, cover with salt and leave to infuse overnight.
Fry them in a frying pan until soft, gradually adding water.
Add vinegar, spices, crushed garlic, sesame seeds and chopped herbs.
Mix the snack and let it brew for a couple more hours.
