Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Asparagus - 4-6 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Greenery - 2-4 twigs
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Green peas - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the hard tips of the asparagus, put it on parchment, sprinkle with olive oil and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Peel the avocado and mash it with a fork. Fry the eggs.
Dry the bread in a frying pan and put the avocado on top. On it – asparagus and peas, and fried eggs on top.
Decorate the sandwiches with herbs and sprinkle with spices.
