The perfect breakfast is these sandwiches with asparagus and egg. There is everything you need: healthy fats, proteins and carbohydrates. It cooks quickly, looks very appetizing and will surely appeal to the whole family! Especially if you like scrambled eggs.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut off the hard tips of the asparagus, put it on parchment, sprinkle with olive oil and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Peel the avocado and mash it with a fork. Fry the eggs.

Dry the bread in a frying pan and put the avocado on top. On it – asparagus and peas, and fried eggs on top.

Decorate the sandwiches with herbs and sprinkle with spices.
