If you are just thinking what else would be so interesting to add to forshmak, I suggest you take olives! Any will do, but I prefer green, so that the mass is still more uniform and familiar in color.
Ingredients
- Herring (fillet) – 500 g
- Olives - 100 g
- White bread - 2 slices
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs, cool and peel. Soak the bread in a small amount of water.
Mince herring, bread, onions and eggs.
Chop the olives into a meat grinder or finely chop them.
Add oil and spices, and mix forshmak.
