Many consider sandwiches a boring snack that is always prepared in the same way. In fact, this is not the case, and to prove it, I want to recall the recipe for a beef sandwich. Get ready, it will be incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 400 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ketchup - 50 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Sauce (garnet) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Bread - 4 of a piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the beef with salt and ground pepper.
Brush with pomegranate sauce, wrap in two layers of foil and put aside for 1 hour.
Bake the meat for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Remove the beef from the oven and do not remove the foil for another 30 minutes.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into thick half rings.
Put the onion in a bowl, add salt, ground coriander and vinegar. Stir and leave to marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Cut the carrots into circles.
Divide the cooled beef with two forks into pieces of any size.
Grease the bread with ketchup, lay out layers of meat, carrots and pickled onions on top.
Cover the top with a second piece of greased bread. If necessary, the sandwich can be fixed with a long skewer.
