The result of my last trip for mushrooms was a small basket with buttermilk, pears and cheese. In total, it turned out a little more than 1 kg. Without thinking twice, I made a pate of wild mushrooms. This snack never gets boring.
Ingredients
- Forest mushrooms - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Butter - 60 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Nutmeg - at the tip of the knife
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the forest mushrooms, rinse and place in a saucepan.
Pour cold water and boil for 20 minutes.
Put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Put in a frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
Add the boiled mushrooms and cook all together for 10 minutes.
Place fried mushrooms and cream cheese in the blender bowl.
Add salt, spices and grind until smooth.
