Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Salmon (smoked) – 120 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Philadelphia Cheese - 150 g
- Nori - 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the water, add the washed rice and boil until it completely absorbs it.
Mix vinegar, salt and sugar, mix with rice and leave under the lid.
Cut the fish into slices, the vegetables into cubes, and cut the nori in half.
Put a layer of rice on each leaf, press it down and turn it over. Spread cucumbers, avocado and philadelphia on top.
Roll up tight rolls and press them with a mat. Spread the salmon slices on the rice and press the mat again.
Cut the rolls with a knife soaked in water.
