Decided to cook your own trout tartare? Don't forget the first and most important rule: the fish should be perfectly fresh. It must be placed in the freezer for half an hour before starting work. This is an important stage that should not be missed.
Ingredients
For tartare:
- Trout - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Capers - 1 tbsp.l .
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
For decoration:
- Green Onion - 2 stems
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-remove the trout in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut the fish into small cubes.
Chop capers and peeled onions.
Mix trout, capers, onion, oil, sauce, lemon juice, spices and salt.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and put it on a plate.
Put a cooking ring on top and lay out the trout tartare.
Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle the finished dish.
