- Bun (for hot dog) – 4 pieces
- Sausages - 4 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Cayenne pepper (pickled) – 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Mustard (sweet) – to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Finely chop the dill and cayenne pepper.
Cut the bun lengthwise so that the opposite side remains intact.
Grease the inside with mustard, put the sausage and cayenne pepper.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and add a little mayonnaise on top. Repeat the procedure with the remaining buns and filling.
Put the finished hot dogs on a plate and bake in the microwave on high power for 1 minute.
