I cooked it in a croissant instead of bread, but it will be no worse in an ordinary bun or ciabatta. The filling is a bit greasy, because it contains both avocado and bacon at the same time. But it is a very satisfying everyday snack.
Ingredients
- Bread (bun or croissant) – 4 slices
- Bacon - 120 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with milk and fry scramble or omelet.
Thinly slice the bacon and fry it separately until browned.
Mash the peeled avocado with a fork or finely chop.
Put the omelet, bacon and avocado on top of the slices of bread.
