- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 30 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Garlic (dried) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the washed potatoes into beautiful slices. Boil in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
Put the slices on paper napkins to dry and cool.
Mix the oil with all the spices, and mix the potatoes thoroughly with this mass. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Put the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.
