- Oyster mushrooms - 500 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - at the tip of the knife
- Salt - 8 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut oyster mushrooms and peeled onions, grate carrots.
Fry the onion and carrot in oil until soft.
Add oyster mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add salt, spices, garlic passed through the press and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Let the fried mushrooms and vegetables cool slightly, transfer to a blender bowl and chop.
