Ingredients

  • Lard (salty) – 300 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Greenery (any) – 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the fat from the hard skin and cut into small pieces.

Peel the garlic cloves.

Chop lard, garlic and herbs in a blender.

Put it in a small bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
