Is it possible to cook a lean julienne? I will not only answer you yes, but also tell you in all the details how to do it. To begin with, the role of the main ingredients is assigned to champignons and tofu, and ordinary water is added instead of cream.

Ingredients

  • Tofu - 300 g
  • Champignons - 400 g
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 30 ml
  • Flour - 2 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water - 150 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the champignons and peeled onions.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add the champignons and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.

Add salt, pepper, flour and mix. After 1 minute, turn off the heat.

Put the tofu and water in the blender bowl. Grind until smooth.

Arrange the fried mushrooms in greased molds.

Pour the prepared sauce and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
