Ingredients
- Tofu - 300 g
- Champignons - 400 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 30 ml
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add the champignons and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
Add salt, pepper, flour and mix. After 1 minute, turn off the heat.
Put the tofu and water in the blender bowl. Grind until smooth.
Arrange the fried mushrooms in greased molds.
Pour the prepared sauce and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
