Boil the beef until tender and slice.
Fry the chopped onion with mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender.
Add the beef, stir and fry for a couple more minutes.
Separately fry the flour in butter until golden.
Pour in the cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Season to taste.
Put the beef with mushrooms and a little grated cheese in the molds. Stir and pour over the sauce.
Sprinkle Julienne with grated cheese and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
