Compared to store-bought meat products, homemade rolls are disproportionately tastier and healthier. And they can also be baked in the oven with a variety of fillings and additives. For example, I tell you about my favorite minced meat roll with egg and cheese.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 0.5 pieces
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Hard-boil three eggs and peel.
Finely chop or grate carrots, onions and peppers.
Mix with minced meat, spices and the last egg.
Put the minced meat in an even layer on the foil.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, put boiled eggs and form a roll with foil.
You can put the roll in an oblong baking dish.
Cook it in the oven for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
