I often cook different pates and for this reason I managed to try many interesting recipes. Among my favorites is turkey liver pate with cream. It turns out to be incredibly tender, juicy and fragrant. I recommend definitely trying it!
Ingredients
- Turkey liver - 500 g
- Shallots - 100 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Butter - 50 g
- Nutmeg - at the tip of the knife
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey liver, pour water and boil for 30 minutes.
Put the liver on a plate and put it aside to cool.
Peel and finely chop the shallots.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the shallots and fry until transparent.
Place the turkey liver and fried onion in the blender bowl.
Add cream, nutmeg, salt and grind until smooth.
