Once I tried these spring rolls in a charming Thai restaurant. And so we have another favorite snack at home, which is so nice to surprise loved ones. Sharing a quick and proven recipe!
Ingredients
- Rice paper - 6 sheets
- Crab sticks - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Iceberg lettuce - 30 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin strips along with crab sticks.
Mix sour cream with soy sauce and crushed garlic. You can make spring rolls without the sauce inside, but it turns out to be more tender.
Prepare rice paper according to the instructions on the package. Usually it needs to be moistened a little so that it does not break.
Place a lettuce leaf, several strips of vegetables and crab sticks on each leaf in the center.
Lightly pour sour cream sauce over the filling and tuck in the side edges of the rice paper.
Roll up tight rolls. To make the edges stick better, additionally moisten them with water.
