Eel rolls are always very tasty and exquisite, because it is almost impossible to spoil such a delicacy. Eel is best combined with fresh vegetables – cucumbers and avocados. And for consistency, add a little cream cheese.

Pour the rice into boiling water and boil it so that it completely absorbs it.

Season it with vinegar, add salt and sugar and leave to cool under the lid.

Cut the nori sheets in half and put a layer of rice on each.

Put the thinnest slices of avocado on top and turn the avocado nori down.

Cut the eel and cucumbers into strips and place them in the center of the nori.

Add some cream cheese and fish caviar, and twist tight rolls.

Cut them with a knife soaked in water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
