The most difficult thing in making a pita bread roll is to wait for that hour until it is soaked and finally it will be possible to eat it. Everything else is nonsense for 15 minutes. Lavash is also good because you can wrap any fillings in it: for example, canned tuna with cheese.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Lavash - 2 sheet
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Cheese - 60 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender and grate on a fine grater.
Chop the greens to taste and grate the cheese.
Mash the tuna with a fork and mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise, and mix again.
Spread the filling over the pita bread in an even layer, roll up a tight roll and tighten it into a film.
Put the tuna and cheese roll in the refrigerator for an hour, and then cut into pucks about 3 cm each.
