This supplement will make your favorite snack even tastier. Balsamic vinegar is more dense and has an unusual sweet and sour taste. Sugar is not needed for this recipe, but if the carrots are unsweetened, it is better to add a little.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Balsamic vinegar - 1,5 tbsp.l .
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
Add salt, spices and mix with your hands, carefully kneading the carrots. Cover with a lid and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate container, mix the oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic passed through the press.
Pour the marinade into the carrots, mix and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
