- Bread - 2 slices
- Avocado - 0,5 pieces
- Red Fish (smoked or salted) – 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Green onion - 1-2 pen
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the egg until tender, peel and cut in half.
Thinly slice the avocado or mash it with a fork. Pepper and put on bread. You can sprinkle with lemon juice.
Place pieces of salted or smoked red fish and egg halves on top.
Decorate the sandwiches with chopped green onions.
