One of my favorite snacks for the festive table is sandwiches. The reason is very simple – minimum effort and maximum variety. They cook in a matter of minutes, but it's a great full-fledged snack. Catch a recipe from a baguette.
Ingredients
- Baguette - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 5 twigs
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Mozzarella - 200 g
- Pesto sauce - 100 g
- Champignons - 3-4 pieces
- Green onion - 2 pen
- Cherry tomatoes - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and then cut the halves into portions.
Brush with pesto sauce.
Chop the greens and green onions, cut the olives into rings, and mushrooms, mozzarella and tomatoes into plates.
Randomly arrange the filling and sprinkle with spices if desired.
