- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Lettuce - 2 of the sheet
- Spinach - handful
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Rice paper - 4 sheets
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut carrot and peeled bell pepper into strips.
Put the carrots in a separate bowl and mix with lemon juice.
Place rice paper in warm water for 15 seconds.
Put it on a board, add a piece of lettuce leaf and spinach on top.
Put the bell peppers and carrots in the center.
Tuck the sides and bottom edge inside, roll the spring roll. Repeat the steps with the remaining ingredients.
