Ingredients
- Round rice - 180 g
- Meat (pork/chicken) – 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Soy sauce - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cook the rice. Before you put it to cook, rinse it to clean water. Add salt and cook for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Pre-boil the meat in salted water. When it's ready, take it out and tear it into fibers.
Peel the onion and fry in a frying pan. Mix it with meat and rice.
Form onigiri. Take some rice with meat and onions. Roll into a ball and make a triangle out of it. Place on a platter and serve with soy sauce.
