Ingredients
- Nori - 4 of the sheet
- Fig - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
- Lettuce - 4 of the sheet
- String beans - 80 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Radish (daikon) – 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add rice and boil until tender.
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt, season the rice and mix thoroughly.
Boil the string beans until soft, literally 3-5 minutes.
Cut the peppers and carrots into strips, chop the hot pepper.
Thinly slice or grate the radish. Cut the cucumber into transparent slices using a vegetable peeler.
Put slices of cucumbers on the mat, and on them – a sheet of nori.
Spread the rice over the nori, not reaching the edge a little. Moisten the edge with water.
Put all the stuffing on the rice in any order.
Roll up tight rolls with a mat and cut with a knife soaked in water.
