If you are interested in this recipe, you probably belong to the number of lovers of raw fish. My version of salmon tartare is cooked with onions. Some people like to add avocado, capers and pickled cucumbers instead.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 350 g
- Onion (medium) – 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-place the salmon in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Chop the salmon and peeled onion.
Place the blanks in a bowl, add lemon juice, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, spices and salt.
Stir, cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes.
Using a serving ring, place the tartare on a plate.
