I can't imagine a New Year's feast without fancy sandwiches with red fish for a long time. You can cook them in different ways, and I have already tried many options. This time I want to share my favorite of them – especially for the holiday.
Ingredients
- Baguette - 1 piece
- Red Fish - 150 g
- Pesto sauce - 30 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 120 g
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice a baguette or bread and lightly brush with pesto.
Lay out the slices of fish and slices of cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle the sandwiches with balsamic and sprinkle with herbs.
