Be sure to prepare pork meatloaf for the festive table. The snack can be served hot and cold. For example, if there is not enough time, bake a roll in a day or even two. At the appointed time, you just take it out of the refrigerator and slice it.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put the pork on the board. Make several deep incisions so that in the end the meat turns into a rectangular layer.

Rub with ground pepper, bay leaf and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 30 minutes.

Grease the inside with mustard and roll it up. Fix it with a culinary thread.

Mix mayonnaise and paprika.

Lubricate the roll with the resulting blank from above.

Wrap in two layers of foil and bake for 60 minutes at 190 degrees.

Carefully unwrap the foil and put the roll in the oven for another 20 minutes.
