Snacks in the form of rolls are often served on festive tables, because it is not only delicious, but also beautiful. Among my favorites is a roll of pita bread with red fish. In this recipe I will tell you two versions of the dish: with and without greenery.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 300 g
- Cream cheese - 250 g
- Greenery (any) – 10 g
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Wash the greens, shake them off and chop them.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with cream cheese.
Lay out the pieces of red fish and roll the roll.
Spread the second pita bread on the table, brush with cheese and sprinkle with herbs.
Lay out the lightly salted fish and roll up the roll.
Cover the blanks with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
