Instead of boring soups and porridges, we will cook salmon rolls for dinner today. To work, you will need only three ingredients: boiled rice, nori leaf and lightly salted fish. The rolls should be served accompanied by soy sauce and pickled ginger.

- Salmon (low salty) – 120 g
- Round rice (boiled) – 150 g
- Nori - 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the salmon fillet into long cubes.
Place the nori leaf on the sushi mat.
Add a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Place the salmon fillet on the wide edge of the strip.
Roll up a tight roll, pressing the mat well over the entire surface.
Put the finished roll on a board and cut it into six identical pieces.
