An unusual pot is often compared to a powerful pressure cooker. Due to the high pressure, the food in it is cooked much faster. Try to cook a jelly in an Afghan cauldron. You won't believe it, but after 1.5 hours the broth and meat will be ready.
Ingredients
- Beef - 1 kg
- Pork - 1 kg
- Turkey Wings - 1 kg
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut beef and pork into large pieces.
Place turkey wings, chopped meat, spices, salt, peeled onion and garlic in a cauldron.
Pour water, close the lid and put it on a strong gas.
Steam will come out of the valves after 15-20 minutes, turn down the heat and cook for 1.5 hours.
Remove the meat, separate from the bones and finely chop.
Strain the broth through two layers of gauze.
Put the meat in the prepared containers and pour the broth.
Remove the jelly in a cool place for 4-6 hours.
