- Chicken legs - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 10 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken legs and put them in a saucepan with cold water.
Add bay leaf, carrot, peeled onion and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Be sure to remove the foam that will appear during the cooking process.
Put the ham and vegetables on a plate, cool slightly.
Separate the meat from the bone.
Grind meat with skin and vegetables in a blender.
Add salt, the remaining spices, garlic passed through the press and mix well.
