Today I will tell you the original recipe of Julienne in the dough. We will cook it in baskets of thin filo sheets. If you don't have the time or desire to knead the dough yourself, just buy a semi-finished product in the store.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm water, vinegar and yolks.
Sift flour, add butter, salt and liquid preparation. Knead the dough, cover with cling film and set aside for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll out each thinly and pull out well. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
Cut the boiled fillet, mushrooms and peeled onions.
Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Add the champignons and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and pour in warm milk. Simmer all together for 5 minutes.
Cut the dough into small squares and put it in greased molds.
Put the fillets, mushrooms in the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Cool slightly, remove the baked julienne from the molds and serve.
