- Sausage (thin) – 200 g
- Cabbage - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, cucumbers and carrots.
Sprinkle the chopped vegetables with salt, pepper and lightly mash.
Chop tomatoes and pickled cucumbers.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and garlic passed through the press.
Spread the pita bread on the table and grease it with garlic.
Lay out the sausage, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers and cabbage salad.
Wrap the sides inside, roll up a tight roll and fix the edges.
Additionally, lightly brown the finished shawarma in a grill pan.
