- Pumpkin - 700 g
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Hot red pepper (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into thin slices using a sharp knife or a vegetable peeler.
Arrange the slices on the parchment in one layer so that they do not touch. Sprinkle everything evenly with salt and spices.
Dry pumpkin chips in the oven at 50-70 degrees for about 2 hours.
On average, the cooking time varies from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the oven and the juiciness of the pumpkin.
