- Fish milk (salmon) – 400 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Wine (white) – 50 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put salmon fish milks on a sieve and rinse under running water.
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk, finely chop.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add the milk and cook all together for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the wine, sprinkle with salt, spices and soak for another 2-3 minutes.
Put the workpiece into the bowl of a blender, add cream cheese, garlic and chop well.
Taste the pate, you may want to add more salt and spices.
