Avocado cream is popular among vegans and people on PP. You may like it too, even if you don't belong to either of them. Try to cook this versatile snack according to the basic recipe to diversify your diet with new dishes.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pcs.
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Green onion - 4 feathers
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Water - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the green onion and garlic.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, cut the flesh into pieces.
Place the chopped onion, garlic and avocado pulp in the blender bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a small amount of water and grind with a blender until smooth.
Add olive oil and lemon juice to the resulting puree, whisk again until smooth.
Bring the finished avocado cream to taste and serve in addition to sandwiches, croutons, crackers, etc. at your discretion.
