Salmon is good in any form and even without complex processing. But this is not a reason to stop experimenting with different dishes. For example, such a pate will replace any store-bought spread. And if you decorate it with herbs or sprouts, this is a worthy snack even on a festive table.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the water, and add the randomly chopped celery, onion, leek, peppers and bay leaf.

Pour the wine into the same place, put the cut lemon, and cook for 25 minutes.

Add the salmon, cover and remove the broth from the heat. Leave it on for 10 minutes.

Take out the fish and put it through a meat grinder or chop it in another convenient way.

Add sour cream, chopped chives, olive oil and spices, and mix.
