Ingredients
- Mackerel - 1 kg
- Sour cream (20%) – 100 g
- Butter - 15 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mustard - 20 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the mackerel in foil in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Will remove skin and bones.
Chop the onion and garlic, and fry in butter.
Whisk all the ingredients in a blender and season the pate.
