Beef chops with capers, hot pepper and cheese in the oven

According to this recipe, the chops are juicy, soft and spicy. Serve them with something neutral: boiled potatoes, porridge, pasta or salad with fresh vegetables. As for beef, it is better to use roast beef or thigh.
Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 500 g
- Gouda Cheese - 150 g
- Hot red pepper - half a string
- Capers - 2 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well with a hammer on both sides, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Peel the hot pepper from the seeds, rinse and finely chop.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and smear with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with hot pepper, capers and cheese.
Cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and brown the chops for another 5-7 minutes.
