Surely you have come across many variations of this delicious snack. In my recipe, a roll with crab sticks in lavash is prepared with cod liver and fresh cucumber. In addition, I mix mayonnaise with mustard, which gives the dish a little piquancy.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Cod liver - 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 3 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks, cucumbers and peeled eggs.
Put the cod liver in a deep bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the chopped ingredients, garlic passed through the press, salt, ground pepper and mix.
Spread the pita bread, smear with a mixture of mustard and mayonnaise.
Lay out the filling evenly, roll up the roll and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
